This site is a live demonstration of the MLS platform.
It's built around a fictional donor fund — the SIRA Fund (Stability, Inclusion, Resilience, Autonomy). All the data (projects, results, partners, ...) is made-up, so feel free to click on anything.

What you can explore today
- Dashboard

The dashboard simulates a portfolio of projects and indicators.
One tab covers the funded projects and their details (budget, implementing partner, associated results). Another presents the indicator results.
The final tab shows the context for the fund's operating period. It has two maps side by side. The first is a fixed reference map dated 2019. The second lets you move between different periods, so you can compare the current situation with the period before the SIRA fund was active in the areas concerned.
- Third-Party Monitoring (TPM)
- The TPM module is used to plan field verifications of a sample of verifiable activities from the differents projects funded by SIRA.
- Surveys
- This module covers building surveys (used by the TPM field teams, among others), deploying the forms to an app so they can be accessed, filled in and submitted easily (for example, from a smartphone), and collecting, reviewing and, if needed, correcting the responses.
- How these pieces work together
- Partners report their results, and those results feed the dashboard. Third-party monitoring then checks a sample of those activities on the ground, using the survey forms. The result is a single place where reported figures and independently verified evidence sit side by side.
What's next
- Verification results
- This page will be added to the dashboard module and will highlight the survey responses collected during verifications. You will be able to filter by project, verification, implementing partner, and more.
- Management module
- This module will cover creating new projects and results, managing existing ones, and uploading the data reported by implementing partners, which will feed the dashboard pages and the list of verifiable activities used by TPM module.
- Task workflow
- So that each person logging in finds what is expected of them (data to submit, a verification to plan, a report to review).
- Audio support for survey responses
- Allow survey's question to be answered with an audio recording, which will be automatically transcribed and translated.
- Dashboard components variants
- Library of all available dashboard components, each in every variant you can think of. This library is designed to grow with our clients' needs and our ideas.
- 'View as' option
- To browse easily (without having to login/logout) the site through the eyes of a different type of user (fund team, funding partner, implementing partner, or public visitor), each seeing a different slice of the information. This is how access rights are managed in a real deployment.
- Translation
- Switching the language between English and French at any time
